Is Copaxone going generic?

I read the article on Mylan submitting a generic version of Copaxone to the FDA.

Is it? WHat is the deal. What are the odds Mylan will get approval. What about the other company that submitted an application last summer. I would like some feedback as I applied for an opening and need to take this into consideration.
