No one of the spinless liberals on this board would dare to criticise Obama for his murderous ways. Both neocons and librals have no principles, they just regurgitate what the talking heads tell them.

. . .And as always the case with you, the cons get a free pass. Care to enlighten us as to who started this 'war'?

Yeah, since you're too stupid to figure it out on your own. Muslim terrorists and the Muslim states which supported them. That's who. The Conservatives don't get a pass, they get ACCOLADES for their decisions.
But applying liberal standards, Obama is a war criminal. Your OWN standards have come back to bite you! HILARIOUS!

You don't understand AIP...we gotta fight em over there so we don't have to fight em over here. Obama is just bowing to the generals, that's all.
About a month ago, they asked the military head honcho about the number of Al-Quada still standing in Afghanistan....and he said less than 100.
So now we have what? 150,000 troops fighting less than a 100 Al Quada?
Anyone out there have a problem with this scenario? Anyone at all?
O=W
As a side bar....I passed through the halls of our local high school last week. Both of my kids have now graduated. There were over 25 huge military advertisements (posters) on the hallway walls. Incredible.
Kids have 3 choices today.
1. Go to college
2. Go to work at Wall-Mart
3. Join the Miltary Industrial Complex
Obama put a moratorium on all spending...except for the Pentagon, of course.

This is just another mess that was left behind to clean up by the bush legacy; the areas in total chaos. It was an errand bomb and the kind of thing that threatens their mission in the area. I think they know this and have learned a lot since the early days of the "war on terror". Obama fired the head commander in early 2009 for such an incident. Hopefully they can resort some kind of government in the area so they won't fall into chaos and threaten to destabilize a nuclear armed Pakistani government, that's the nightmare scenario we're trying to avoid.

No, this isn't a Bush mess. It is a Bush success. Why am I not surprised that you got it completely wrong?

You really are an ignorant fool. If you were anything other than that, you would already know, but here goes. Oh just little things like the following:
Freeing 10s of millions of people to live in a free and democratic country.
Getting rid of genocidal, maniacal, brutal dictator who destablized the middle east and repeatedly bullied and attacked his neighboring countries and pursued WMD.
Prevented the US from suffering another 9-11 style attack
Greatly weakened Muslim Terrorist Organizations
Got Libya to give up their WMD program
Now, none of these points is really arguable, but you being an ignorant fool will try. How many times are you liberal Bush derangement syndrome types going to want to go through this?
annoyed dude

#1 WRONG!!!!!!!
#2 saddam was better than some of ur 'genocidal, maniacal, brutal dictator' but either way would u want u kid 2 die ditching saddam?
i will say it again saddam was the best thing 2 ever happen to iran as far as the west is concerned
#3 that remains 2 be seen but it sure hasnt prevented terrorist attacks in general
#4 every single expert on the issue disagrees w u on this chickenhead
#5 ok exactly tell us how bush 'Got Libya to give up their WMD program' and i mean specifically-what did bush give up 2 get this accomplished?

#1 WRONG!!!!!!!
I'm 100% Correct. How can you deny objective reality? Are you this far gone?
#2 saddam was better than some of ur 'genocidal, maniacal, brutal dictator' but either way would u want u kid 2 die ditching saddam?
Nice job of attempting to defend the indefensible. So Saddam wasn't as bad as others so that makes it OK? Just how much worse would he have needed to be? The reality that clearly escapes you is that taking out Saddam was in concert with our national security interests. That's why while we haven't taken out lots of other bad characters, it made perfect sense to take him out.
i will say it again saddam was the best thing 2 ever happen to iran as far as the west is concerned
Highly debatable. More likely it would just be a situation similar to Pakistan and India. One gets the bomb and the other just has to have it. More nuclear escalation is not what we need.
#3 that remains 2 be seen but it sure hasnt prevented terrorist attacks in general
Does not remain to be seen. It is a fact. My statement had no future component to it. There are no guarantees, but it certainly has been better then when Clinton was running the show. You mean your vaunted messiah, Obama, hasn't been able to do it? Then I guess nobody can. But Bush successfully prevented large-scale, elaborately orchestrated, group attacks!
#4 every single expert on the issue disagrees w u on this chickenhead
No, they do not. Besides the alternative to engaging and killing them is to be a sitting duck and wait for them to hit us in a way and at a time of their choosing.
#5 ok exactly tell us how bush 'Got Libya to give up their WMD program' and i mean specifically-what did bush give up 2 get this accomplished?
The point is that BUSH DIDN'T HAVE TO GIVE UP ANYTHING, by demonstrating strength and resolve and taking out Saddam, Khadafy wisely realized that if he didn't straighten up, he could be next. I imagine he remembered another strong Republican president named Reagan who sent a couple of missiles into his tent because he wouldn't behave himself. Amazing what a show of strength will do for you. It has all sorts of side benefits

Bush is a military failure, this is why Obama is having to clean up his mess. When the history books are written Iraq will go down a one of the greatest military blunders of all time. We had Bin Laden hold up in Tora Bora soon after 9-11 and bush left it up to Afghan rebels to pursue him, which allowed him to escape. Now we're back focusing on Bin Laden again after bush decided to go to Iraq seemingly for no reason at all other than to make us look stupid.

Hmm. I guess Vice President Biden didn't get that memo. But, then again, this administration shows real difficulty getting their fantasy talking points right. And, do you really want to get into the "who should have gotten Bin Laden" discussion? Tarnak Farm, anyone?
