I've noticed that there are many job opennings in the NC/SC area and I have had one IV and have a 2nd lined up. With all that I've read on this board with a grain of salt of course, makes me wonder if I should take the job or not. I'm on the verge of starting my own business and now this throws a wrench in the whole thing. Would love some serious feedback on Rotech. Salary is not pharma of which I came from but was sold on the potential bonus.

Why would you take ALL of the information given here with a grain of salt?? Why would you sign up with rotech just to be tripped up on your every step to satisfy a referral source?? I think your post is thrown out here for an entirely different purpose.

You are totally off base. I want to know if going w Rotech and the way the company has been affected by healthcare reimbursement in the past several years is a smart choice. Last thing I want is to be back in the unemployement line within the next few years, and like a noted was right about to start a business of my own. Wanted some serious feedback because most everything on here is from scorn employees and dirtbags not doing their jobs.

All those questions have been answered many times already. Your bias is also showing through. You're a Poser!
