Is it 60/40, 80/20, 70/30 gastro to ob? Do we concentrate on PrimaBella? Do we blitz sfR Dr.s? Do we "push" Bifera? Balneol? Holy Crap!!! My PreferaOB DHA went down last month...(slap on the wrist, manager goes crazy, scathing email from the uppity ups...)

After this NSM, how much emphasis will be on DemiLyte? (which is already in our list if you look on our expense reports). How much emphasis will be on BiferaRX?

What the hell do I concentrate on????!!!

Someone add it up for me - how much "product" do we "detail" to each Dr. (gastro or ob) in the 20 seconds we have with each of them?

Hey TC, do you know what the hell is going on? Are you even capable of understanding the "realities?"

Ummmmmm, why are you even concerned with detailing the DRs???? Drop the samples, get your sig and then get outta there as fast as you can!!

Speaking of directives, let's look at it this way - The three laws of robotics as applied to this situation:

1. A TBM may not injure Alaven or, through inaction, allow Alaven to come to harm.

That makes sense, any reasonable company can expect that.

2. A TBM must obey any orders given to them by Alaven, except where such orders would conflict with the First Law.

Okay, here it gets dicey. The whole "signatures for no samples" thing is getting doctors irritated with the robo... er... TBMs, and if these offices become closed to reps, that is bad for Alaven. Therefore, TBMs should *not* be required to do this, correct?

3. A TBM must protect their own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Law.

Another perfectly reasonable requirement. TBMs, take care of yourselves. Don't stress about things. What? You just got a mass email berating you in front of the entire region for something that was actually a mistake at the home office? Well, just walk it off. Get some rest tonight and... what? You just got an email asking for some ridiculous thing that has to be done tonight? But it's 9:30pm! Oh, well, at least you have this weekend to spend with your family, right? True, if the hub was down I guess you DO have to work Saturday to get your reconciliation done. But Sunday is all yours! Well except for that flight to the NSM. But Alaven would *certainly* make it up by giving you the following Fri... oh, sorry. This sure is a lot to take in. I'm *positive* the NSM will be good for you. The mass emails and public sales figures are one thing (well *two* actually) but Alaven couldn't *possibly* go so far as to humiliate you *live* in front of *everyone* could they?

KARAOKE?!? ARE YOU EFFING KIDDING ME?!? Okay, screw that third law. That law applies to ROBOTS. You are PEOPLE and you deserve better than this. Management had better get their act together post-haste. This environment is toxic, and it's only getting worse.

And to all the TBMs - sal si puedes.

Great job, Whitty, Intelligent and SO True. By the way, would you be interested in the NSD position. I could certainly support that change!
