I think it is self evident from the comments on many of these threads that many if not most of us feel very down. Starting with IPAQ/ demand for signatures, the terrible demeanor of management, a flavor of the day Directive/Policy, NO written communication from our Leadership, on any topic, much less messaging for our products, info on the NSM. My suggestion is that we post OUR thoughts, to improve/ correct what we feel needs to happen, before we all just give up and leave. Collectively our comments can then be sent to CM, TC, RM's and even GE. What do you think? I don't want this "ship" to sink!

I agree with what you are saying, wholeheartedly. However, I don't really think upper management will pay attention to what is happening on cafepharma and care. That is all we have been told by our DM's - Upper management doesn't care (as stated in mass email forwarded from TC/MD and then passed on to us). With the way this company is being run, I feel like it's too late. Their silence is deafening.

It will be VERY hard for me to trust ANYONE in upper management ever again. I hope to be out of here soon.

The Nov. launch meeting he goes (in front of everyone), "....and please dont go post that on cafepharma!"...so you are sadly mistaken if you think they dont care or read this shit. EL OH EL!! I think a positive way to start to turn things around is for them to have a little faith in us. Tell us they trust we know what we are doing and let us do it. Let us go off the ipaq and call on any and all doctors that we feel will raise business. This way we can go over our data, go out to these offices and call on the people who count, regardless if they are in the HUB yet or not, we can add them. Throw out all the rules and make a new one, see who you want, when you want, how you want for 2 months OR stay with their rules. If your sales drop when your doing it on your own then your out of here. If they stay the same or rise then your good to go and can continue to do your thing.

Not that they would EVER show that much trust in the sales force but its a nice thought.

Thank god we are so replaceable because Im only on this sinking ship for one more year and if sales stay on this downward trend Alaven itself wont last much longer. What a very sad company this is.
