Yeah, that $500 billion has already been spent. Brett Baer addressed that with the president, who didn't want to talk about it. Brett was accused of rudeness when he called Odumbass out on his lies publicly. Hard to call it a reduction or cut when you have already spent it or allocated it elsewhere.
