What are the boards thoughts on Medial Pivot design? What is missing from the current Medial Pivot product line? What could be better about instrumentation? What does the competition think about the design/ What are surgeons who use competitive designs saying?

Is there a reason you are posting this on a message board. Is there a reason you posted in Zimmer's forum and titled this "whats Wrong". This would imply that something is wrong or lacking. Who cares what the competition thinks, you have all the kinematic studies on your side. A lot of companies are now trying to create knees that allow this motion. If the surgeon is using a competitive system its either because they believe in the rep and/or competitive system. Im guessing your intentions are not possitive and you are probably looking for ammo to sell against the knee.

100% Agreed -- Sounds like a 'Big 5' manager who came over from Endo still trying to figure Recon out
