I heard the San Jose territory is open and I was going to go for the position until I heard that the guy in the territory (Albert?) is a total moron. Also heard that the rep who just left was sick of dealing with him. True? How about the manager? Only serious replies, please.

I only knew of one San Jose rep-
Name was Rachel Weinstein...
So surprised she left. She was with the company 2 years...
Thought she was on her way to move up...
I'll be very surprised if she left...

FYI, his name is Alfred, not Albert..but the rest is true. He's a baboon with no personality. In fact, I regret the insults to baboons everywhere. Sorry. Rachel was a great rep and clearly sharp enough to find a better opportunity. Her former manager gossips and is two faced as well.

DM there will screw you royally....nice to your face, talks crap behind your back. Run, don't walk. Rachel is too bright to put up with the BS at Novo. She saw the writing on the wall and left before staying too long with Novo cuz you will not be that desirable to recruiters and potential employers.

Lots of posts lately about how wonderful Novo is and career potential, etc. Rachel Weinstein was an awesome DCS and a good example of how Novo is not recognizing their best sales people, therefore they leave the company. It especially didn't help that the DBM in SF is a selfish turd and did not support Rachel to the degree she deserved.

Hi Rachel,

You do not know me, but I know who you are and have recognized your talents while you were at Novo. Congratulations on having the courage to leave Novo. Too often times, Novo is overly arrogant thinking that because of big Pharma layoffs, they can afford to not recognize talent of current employees at NNI; so much potential with all the layoffs, there must be tons of qualified candidates out there that are eager and willing to take your spot immediately.

You are better off not having to deal with your SF DM. She was not always forthright about your abilities and strengths. That's because she is a threat. She would rather have average to lower performing reps kissing her stinky ugly feet. For a cancer survivor, you would think this DM appreciates the second chance she's given and act more kindly towards her fellow man/woman!

You go girl. Hope you new endeavor will bring you much happiness.
