Trying to grasp the new org structure, AE's, AM's, etc, namely are they going to cut the commisions of the field reps to pay these folks. Don't really see them bringing any value anytime soon as most of them don't have any relationships with the Tier 1/2 accounts they have been assigned to. Think the problems have more to do with an inability to get new products to market in a timely fashion, a re-org isn't going to solve that. Thoughts????

The purpose of the re-org is to keep all employee's totally confused and completely helpless. It's difficult to form a strategy when you can't see what's coming....

where are the AE's coming from...internal GE folks? Are they seriously highering AE's and Senior Account Managers without relationships already in place at the assigned institutions? If you have any feedback I'd appreciate it!

Did you really just type "highering"? I hope you are no more than eight years old.
