I was just curious that saw an opening in my area in the Northeast and was just wondering what the DM is like. You know that a DM can make or break you. Any insight would be helpful. Thanks!

Still looking for DM in NE - they had a great one but she left and haven't relaced her yet. The Area Manager is about as big of a micro manager as you can get.

I agree with above poster. I am so thankful that I am not in that region. At past POA meetings just watching his attitude, the way he treats his reps, and the way he carries himself , I feel for those reps. He is so full of himself, and yes the BIGGEST MICROMANAGER IN THE ENTIRE PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY. WHAT A COMPLETE JACKASS!!!

She couldn't stand working for that A-hole! Who in their right mind could? He is a very non- professional "so called manager", by the way I see & hear how he treats his reps with no respect. He talks about other reps during his so caled field visits. He's brings a new meaning to the word "UNPROFESSIONAL". What a complete little midget A-hole!

1000% true. She was not going to stick around and be under his management. It's no secret, his "a-holeness" speaks for itself. If it wasn't such a horrendous job market right now, others would of been long gone too.

100% correct! When you have an ASD in the Northeast who is a complete A- hole, and the moral especially in the northeast is at an all time low, and products that are the Industry's worst, why would you want to work for a POS that will not be around in a few years! LOL!!

Typical story of some idiot who got promoted for "god knows what reason". Reps can't stand him. No one respects him. No one even LIKES him. But somehow.....someone.....thinks he can motivate an entire region. He couldn't even motivate a district when he was a DM. But hey, let's promote someone like this to ASD. He's got all the qualities we're looking for. Another Ken Finn in the making.

So glad that many of us are speaking the Truth about King a hole! All of his reps in his former district have NO respect for him, as most, if not all of us do. I hope he gets a taste of his own medicine someday. Good riddance! BTW , good luck in getting the morale up in the Northeast. It's never going to happen!!

Morale is terrible here in the East area. Why did they ever let the former NY DM leave us!!!! Man it has been a nightmare since then and by the way KF is awesome the issues are with the East ASD only!!

Speak for yourself. I'm in the east but not the northeast and morale is fine here. Do your job and you're fine. Also "let" the NY DM leave? She was here for a couple of months! What did you expect them to do, offer her more $$$ for producting nothing?? Grow up and if you think morale is that bad here, then don't let the door hit you in the ass on the way out!
Also, since no one outside of her district really cares if she left it's pretty easy to figure out which of the 6 of you wrote this!

The NE has gone down the tubes in the 6 months and everyone knows why. Bad leadership equals bad morale. We were the top region for the first quarter and now everyone is leaving - you figure it out.

Besides the DM, who left from the NE on their own??? Everyone that is gone is gone because they couldn't produce or wasn't working. If you're running a business, do you want consistent underperformers? And shame on you if you're not producing because "morale is down". The good reps will produce no matter what the "morale" is. How difficult is it to go out and work hard every day? Sounds like just another excuse why your #s aren't good. If she was such a good manager, you all would have taken her direction and made it work without her. That's what a good manager can do for a team. It's also very interesting that she obviously doesn't feel the same way about your team or else she would have recruited all of you guys over to her company.

First of all we just had a long time rep in the Northeast, leave on her OWN terms. Secondly, I'm sure if there were openings / jobs which there are none due to the economy she would recruit us. And last but not least I know this post was written by a home office employee or King A hole himself, or by, maybe, the one person who actually likes that A hole. I think I'll take some pepto for my stomach , so whwn I have to see you the week of the 26th @ the meeting I won't get sick! LOL!!!

First of all, we just had someone who has been with the company for a long time in the Northeast, leave on her OWN. Secondly, I'm sure if there were any openings/ jobs that she would recruit us. Last, I know that this post was written by someone in the home office, or by KING A HOLE himself because he is so INSECURE & knows that NOBODY RESPECTS HIM @ ALL. I'm going to have to take some pepto for my stomach so when I see you @ the meeting the week of the 26th I don't get sick. LOL!!!
