After two months from the initial HR contact the hiring process still going! So, Why keeping a territory open for so long? What to expect from the management during the next interview round?

Any Intel...Please!

Not in your lifetime ... You might have potential for near that number if you blow out all bonus categories, but I'd expect 50-70K starting with incentives as more realistic.

And it's working for GE. GE does not stand for "Good to employees." Expect lots of bureacracy and intrusive management.

Probably total anticipated first year earnings. Unless they've changed things, bonus is quarterly (paid semiannually) and you're not eligible until your first full quarter in the field.

Plus car and benefits.

But you'd have to work for GE. If I was you, I'd get an honest job. Like night clerk at a pornshop.

Salary range is $55-$65 to start, DOE. Bonuses are paid out quarterly now (about $25K/yr for newbies), bi-annual payments were phased out several years ago. Regular benefits like car, medical, pension, etc. . . you can make $125-130K if you smash your goals . . .

As for the position and products, not bad, but remember that it's GE . . . so even if your manager is your best friend, if GE wants you gone . . . you're gone . . .

You'll make lots of friends, very good people on that side of the business, but they will be your friends in part because you'll share the common fear of being axed, asked to relocate, or work a territory two to three time the size of your original territory "for the greater good of the company."

Great way to break out of pharma/DME etc. . . just watch your back.

Starting salary may be 55k in Iowa, but in the mid-atlantic area it is around 80k. Roughly 28k in bonus at plan. Decent job, better than big pharma.
