The CEO is making $3 million including a $2 million bonus. That sucks. What about us reps? Do you think he ever carried a bag? I've never seen him at the sales meetings. He sends his lapdogs to cut our bonus checks. Rise up and stick together and fight this.

Who gives a shit what he makes??????????? It is his (their) company, they can do what they want. Do you really think they should pay more in bonus for selling vitamins and caucci cream? Do you even know what their profit margin is on these products? Cmon, this is nothing more than business 101...or have they even stopped requiring a degree to get a job here?

what is even funnier is all you dumbasses who buy stock!!!!!! That is why they have people like Stilliana and Parnell and Sullivan running their sales. Fucking no brains whatsoever!!!!!! No experience required in pharma to work here. That's because they have gotten rid of anyone who knows how to run a business and replaced them with no brain robots. They don't want anyone seeing how stupid they are!!!!!

The point is not that the CEO has made at least $40 million in salary, stock and bonus since 1999, the point is that this asshole who will not speak to anyone below the VP level turns a blind eye to the problems. His solution to every problem is to fire the person who raises the problem, not address the problem.

What other CEO having postings about them throwing shoes at meetings? The only thing in common that the beard has with other CEOs is that the fact that he is fucking his secretary. Now that secretary is a VP....

The beard has never carried a bag. Does anyone remember the incoherrent rambling about the "primaballarina"? The best thing that could ever happen is that he spend a week in the field. The beard believes the fairy tale that you can spend hours talking to OBs about the distinct differences between our vitamins.

The beard Never led an analyst meeting. Never spoken directly to the sales teams. Never returned a phone call from an investor.

Again.....who cares unless you are dumb enough to geyt conned by these people. It IS his company!!!! If you own stock that is your fault. And why should he carry a bag? Most of his upper management have never carried a bag. Not needed here, this is generics and vitamins.

It's not too much to ask that our CEO address us at our national meeting - even just one per year. It shows you actually appreciate those who bring in the revenue...

Folks? What the hell are folks? I could never figure that one out.

And, folks, Sully's right. It's not rocket science. It probably isn't even considered science by most standards.

You get paid to drive around town. At least the UPS guy has to break a sweat.

Thank your lucky stars you got such a silly job.

Most in this industry are professionals and are proud to be able to make a positive impact on the health and quality of life of their doctor's patients. Being a pharma rep is an honorable job. It is sad that management here considers the profession a 'silly job'. Although that statement , 'silly job', sums up management's ignorance of brand pharma as well as its attitude/treatment and compensation of the sales force.

CEO of GE made $9 million in 2007. Hard to believe that H is really worth that much, compared to Jeff Immelt of GE, Best Run Companies for about 20 years in a row now. Hmm.

The latest proxy is out. Over $5.5 million in base and bonus and a total package over $8.6 million for the CEO. Nice!!!

Nobody ever questions how the company makes record profits EVERY QUARTER, but the sales force doesn't make SHIT. People are starting to leave in mass numbers again, but that will always be.

It is NOT his company. It is a publicly traded entity that answers to its shareholders, no matter the numbers of shares Marc owns. Think about what that means

The beard steals 8.6 per year. Notice his salary is 1 million more than the closest other person. His buyout is worth 40 Million should some sucker wish to buy KV- this does not include the 66% of the company he owns. The funniest thing is that he gets 8% every fucking year or if the CPI is higher he get more. That is he gets a cost of living adjustment on his 1.45 million salary of at least 8%.

Plus he received 159K in vacation pay for days he did not take! Lets not forget the 275K in rent he charges the company. Not bad work, by the way is the beard still suing his father?

Remember when he was forced to return 1.4 million in the backdating scam? Well looks like he didnt return shit. He forfeited 45,000 shares of class A stock-which is worth only 990K today-a fucking paper transfer! Gotta admit, for a someone who would rather build furniture and for someone who never saw inside a college classroom, the fucker makes money.

Isnt it funny that we pray for 3.5% increase?

How about the wife? She "earns 343K base, 165 bonus and earned another 1.2 Millionin stock option gains? Are you fuicking kidding me????????

At the next sales meeting, lets pass a collection hat for Greg Divis. He received the option to by 30000 shares of stock at 28.50 per share. So today, he is only $6 dollars underwater, maybe in 2 or 3 years the stock will be above water.

This is a family business and is run differently than large pharma. Most family businesses are run the same. They own, therefore, they set the rules. This will not change and a fight will do nothing but ensure your firing.

You have a job...whether you like what you do or not. It will never mirror larger, publically held companies.

Also, when was the last time a poor person gave you a job?

Capitalism...
It is the job of the CEO to make profits for the shareholders and be rewarded for it. Do you feel that pusshing pills qualifies you for big $$$? Its basic, their skills are worth more than yours. Go cry to a medical asssistant that its unfair that you made $100k last yr and had a company car. True ungreatful assholes that should be bounced out and go back to school and take some mgt classes.
Go vote for obama, retard!

If you want a retarded glimpse, just look in the mirror. Reps here are not making 100K+. Bonus is minimal, yet the company reports "record sales". All the bonus money is going primarily to one person (the CEO). His compensation is more than others at comparable companies and is also higher than most at larger companies. Also, in typical companies, the CEO makes 30 to 40% more than the other executives. In this case, the CEO is getting many muliples of that. It is obvious to see that the compensation flows primarily to just one person. If the rep bonuses here were more typical of the industry, I doubt you would see much complaining. Just take a look at the historical posts about making sure your base is okay because the bonus promises is mostly a dream.

I am a rep at Ther-Rx and my W2 was just under $100k in 2007, its called being a effective sales rep. Sorry to tell you maybe you that this is the wrong career choice for you. You are the problem not only with this company but also with this world, always looking for entitlements. maybe the pope of hope can change things taxthhellout of the industry and get you elliminated as nonproducer. you are useless...

If you are now making over 100K here, consider yourself one of the very few. The company tells newbies they will average 25K+ in bonus. This is TOTAL BULLSHIT. Three to six years ago it was true, but not anymore. I am for making a profit, but why not let the people that make the profit for this company share in the wealth. There is very little sense of entitlement here. We work hard, but the quotas continue to go up every quarter and very few are making a decent (if any) bonus.
