What does it take to pass this test?

no one knows. Didn't think I'd pass, but did. It's fairly straightforward. Basic questions - not work type of questions. Don't have any advice on this......... Good luck!

Does this company pay well? I am going for a phone interview and don't mind the psych test but it doesn't really sound like this company has that much to offer especially if it is competing with Baxter and JnJ.
