Gary must not ever talk to his direct reports, if he did, PH would be gone by now. If we are going to still make this a go, some people have to go. What's with those Wizard of Oz shoes that PH wears they look ridiculous.

Don't wish him any bodily harm, just wish the company would recognize his shortcomings and get rid of him. He has singlehanded ruined MMR, which has negatively impacted the sales force. Bad decisions, bad management, and overall has screwed things up. The entire sale force is aware of it, so is MMR, hard to believe that Gary does not recognize it. PLEASE

swik was kind of an ahole, But what if he were still here and mm&r was run completely different since PH took over a year ago.

PH really murdered this company. lots of ppl gone now.

what is amazing is Gary does nothing about it, he was brought in to fix the mess, the mess go messier! Gary is not capable of knowing what is going on under his own leadership, very sad, the company will go under. There is no future, tell me one positive thing that can occur that will save this company now? No imaging indication, no dialysis, just IDA in 2-3 years, meanwhile big competitor will launch prior to IDA indication. Help me understand

He is not the only one!! His ortho buddies have teamed up with him! I Wonder if he will help save his buddies on the sales side. TC and SW will be gone! All DMs (ones left) will answer to PT. Then sales reps will be down to 40. Of course, my crystal ball is made out of a nano iron. PH might have used some of that California pixie dust on everyone in Boston.

agree, word is sales force will be 40 so half the remaining company will be downsized. Better get those resumes out quick

I like the way they say no reduction in territories. We are not stupid! Oncology 20% CKD, hospital 30% CKD. Who knows what is in-patient vs outpatient? Mine is mostly in-patient! No dialysis, cash burn, fda issues, no other product in the pipeline and Ida indication 2 to 3 years away. Right.....no reductions in the sales force. Sounds like when they told us...We would make all this money on the stock and we would have another product (imaging) to sell.

sounds like they are just trying to stall us from leaving, they want you to work until they fire you. They will say anything now, the truth is what ever you want to believe! I am spending all my time looking for a job while they pay me. They will downsize again

I know for a FACT that EVERYONE who reports to him has his number. They know he is not a leader but a deal maker. He should never have been put over such a vital part of this organization. Trust me, I reported to him. Trust me, leaving was my ONLY choice.

The sad reality is that so many really, really good people are looking for jobs because of his leadership; or lack there of. It is a sad day for this company. Very sad. Why doesn't GZ see it? Why doesn't the EC see it? So sad.

Won't be reporting to PT. When is the cut for field sales scheduled?

PT sees the weekly numbers and new his time was up. Sales force will be cut end of march! BP will need to show the street he is doing something.

I dont know for fact. But it seems like this may not have been PT's decision. I could be wrong but they could be pushing the blame to PT
