What ever happened to Doug Berg? Did he leave on his own, or forced out? Anybody know where he landed?

"I am outta here"
Are you on the East coast or West coast?? You are wise to leave and good luck when you move on.

If you are making that much you must be one of the lowest paid reps, most are making 2-3x that.
I’m surprised you are still around maybe not for that much longer.

The previous 3 post are completely bogus..is this you edwin or maybe it is JP
PLUS dx can barely afford to meet payroll many time a year. Once medicare cuts reimbursements on urine FISH studies this company will go under.

Payroll is handled by an outside agency and the agency messed it up. Checks were issued right away after it was brought to the attention of management.
The FISH cutback are with the TECH programs, this will open the doors for more global FISH billing for Plus where the real money is.

Riiigghhht....Maybe believed the "outside agency / payroll company" excuse once...I saw the doctored memo that was emailed out explaining the error made by said "payroll company"...The second and third time this happened the "payroll company" excuse becomes much more dubious.
Good luck making any money on FISH when the global is cut to 350.00...You can only dilute the probe so much. The entire purpose of the cut in reimbursement is to dissuade the use of this cost ineffective test.
To the orginal poster of this tread. Good decision to leave. To others stay away from this poorly run company (wont even dignify PLUS by calling it a lab)..Serious, serious financial problems here. If you like getting a regular paycheck this is not the place for you.
Edwin, looking forward to your response.

Dude,
Shut up. This is not Edwin. I am a rep and if you are not making money you are not working.
People follow Edwin from Company to company because he pays well. If you have not figured that out yet then you are blind.

By the way this company is doing very well. They are financing this company on their own. They are not going in debt to run this company and they are making a profit.
How blind are you.

PLUS is on CREDIT HOLD from multiple vendors.
i.e reagants, equipment must be prepaid prior to shipping b/c of a history of non-payment
How did the lab management project in Texas work out?? Oh yeah they cut bait after PLUS invests time and effort before any money is made and the urologists keep every penny. Real geniuses at work to set up labs that ultimately take business away from yourself. Sounds like a sustainable model to me.
The turnover is ridiculous and the leadership is not innovative enough, plain and simple. Bad place, bad lab, bad model + stupidity = PLUS out of business. This will happen in less than 2 yrs. Why do you think Lakewood failed (and lakewood had a better model, which was high quality service...not gimmicks that push the limits of Stark law)

I don't think the pro-Plus person in the string is a sales rep. Personal doubt outside, I have a few comments. To the "rep" -
Do you not worry about the state of the company when you are not made whole on expense reports for 4-6 weeks? How about when you inquire about the delay and are given a line? Floating 15K of company expenses on a personal credit card worries me.
Multiple times not making payroll is also concerning.

The company is growing. How do you explain expansion to west coast if there are financial concerns. A hard working sales rep at plus can bring in over 500k a year. I would know.

whoa nelly. Ok big shot 500k why don't you sign your name. After all you seem like a loyal employee with no reason to be anonymous. Would love to know how you make this much when our commission schedules keep getting changed to favor the company. I must now land and maintain more Accounts than before to make the same amount of money. This is a very shitty forced pay cut from the blind mice running the show.
As i said before i have serious doubt that you are a sales rep and I know you don't make this much. Btw, the lab in cali is why the company cant keep up with paying whom is owed.
