Non compete

Does Wright Medical make you sign non-competes. If so do they enforce them?

 

NO!!! hahaha they have enough problems with the government to enforce a Non-compete. They didn't enforce mine.

 

Wright will enforce the non-compete.

 

Tennessee is a right to work state. A non compete will not hold up in court if you stay in Tennessee. You can verify with an attorney.
