Agreed. But you see, these forums do little more than serve as a breeding ground for whiners and malcontents that feel they were somehow "wronged" by the company.

I am with ya, let's go out and do our jobs and the chips will fall where they may. This isn't that hard a sell...coming from old big pharma where you sold against 10 products in a therapeutic class, I don't want to hear any whining about selling an improved formulation, that is covered better in most cases by insurance, and is cheaper...give me a break! If you can't sell Film then you shouldn't be in this business. plain and simple.

The above posts just show how this company has moved into big pharma status. Do anything to sell. This company doesn't care about patients anymore. As soon as Adrian came on board and the hiring of all the big pharma people this company went down hill and it shows with the BS stuff that is going on with the film, pips, and firings. All that is left of this company is a bunch of scared kiss asses. Sean, Adrian and PL have ruined this company.

With all due respect to moving on.. I don't agree that all the comments could be categorized as coming from only "whiners." Not all posts have to do with the "selling formula." In fact, many specifically point out specific people who behave very very badly. From what I've read, people are venting mostly about things, other than the fact that RB is and has been successful. Everyone has a right to vent, thats what this forum is for. As long at its not disrespectiful and people don't get attacked in a cruel way, then it can be positive. Its not a company run forum, its open to whomever and to let people say what they want.
