Any idea of the base in the Pharmaceutical Specialty division for an experienced rep with relationships with Key Opinion Leaders?
In monitoring your comp is setup in buckets. It’s really hard to understand and money is pooled in buckets so as you get to certain % you get a piece of the buckets. You are also capped on deals so you sell a 20 million dollar capital deal you get paid a maximum of I believe 2 times your total comp where as if you worked for say MR or NK you would most likely make over a million. GE was one of the worst paying capital jobs I’ve ever had. Best of luck to you.
