Yeah, you should totally apply if you like being treated like sh*t, being paid less than you're worth, and having to travel crazy vists so the upper management meets their goals and gets bonuses.
That is EXACTLY right. It's TERRIBLE!! RUN. Do NOT apply. As a former PPD employee, it pains me to say that I much rather work for PPD than PRA. They have zero integrity and keep selling quality when the truth of the matter is that they do not care. They travel us CRAs to death with worst pay in the industry and lie to us that they have an equal work/life balance. <--- NOT TRUE AT ALL. I can't wait until I find a new gig. Every CRO has its down side, but if I at least got paid well then I wouldn't care if they treated me bad.
