Background checks with CRO's

Hi,
I made a huge mistake a year ago and got a DUI. I have never been in trouble in my life and rarely drink. I take full responsibility for my actions. I am interviewing for a clinical specialist position with RPS Research Pharmaceutical Services because they are teamed up with a bigger medical device company. It's my understanding that I will get a company car. Do you know how strict this company is? Do you know other people that have made it in my situation? Can you turn down company car and insurance?

So what happened?? Did you get the job with RPS?? I already work for them but am looking for a different position through their organization to do something different.
