Here is a link to an article mainly about Lilly, but also on the future of big pharma with current products and pipelines..

    http://www.bnet.com/blog/drug-business/patent-cliff-losses-mean-eli-lilly-must-acquire-or-be-acquired/8778

It shows that Sanofi is expected to lose 20% of revenues on currently marketed products..when you add back in current pipeline projections (bottom graph) and generics revenue you can see that the expectation for Sanofi revenue is FLAT for the next 8 years.

There is only one way to grow EPS in a flat revenue environment..continue to cut costs!

And what is worse is that Asia and Latin America will be growing at 9% to 13%, and the US is only growing at 3% to 6%, so if you do that math you know the U.S. will get fewer resources to accomplish the same job, especially with Sanofi in particular so leveraged to growth of the BRIC's.

It's spelled douche. You dumb fucktard. Now go listen to another closing bell segment and do tell what Goldman Sachs has to say about the Korean economy.

By 2030 the top 6 economies will be Brazil, Russia, India, China, <BRICs..no K> (and U.S. and Japan). Korea is not even in the top 10...leave these posts to the educated.

Actually the "K" stands for The Republic of Kazakhstan, a growing economic powerhouse.

And Sanofi announced today they are redeploying 1,000 U.S. Lantus reps to Kazakhstan...if you don't like the commute, you can just quit..but NO SEVERANCE FOR YOU!

I thought the deployment was to Korea. PC reps get Kia and Specialty reps get Hyundai. If you get North Korea you get a donkey and a tent for your samples.
