Sad day for Acorda. Whether you think you are losing slackers or non-slackers you still have to start the training process all over again. That takes time and money which puts you further behind. After you read the information on here about your new trainer KC it will be hard to get people that want to go through the training. People at this level of experience want to be treated like experienced professionals.

simple: it was suggested that they go and/or they chose to go b/c they are old hat and refused to move forward with processes. They also lacked accountability. When you get paid and do not work - well, time to go. These people from prelauch Ampyra did not like the company moving to a more structured process and more solid expectations.

You must be part of the sales force, or a ram, or a nam that wants to talk about everyone else, take credit for what you didnt do, and wish you had something to do with generating any sort of sales during launch year. Your right, some people dont need our hand held for a ride along every other week, or need a 5 call average per day. Why? cause we cant sell on our own, get the job done and dont need the bullshit politics to do it. Get a clue! Milk the salary and continue to sell jack shit and be jealous of other people that can get a great new job!

Look at how great we are doing with all the processes. How are our sales going? How are new patient starts going? How is the turnover? More process = less results. We are in the second year of our launch and people are leaving or looking to leave in large numbers. That should not be happening.

Processes = Big Pharma Structured behavior; the opposite of individualized analytical thinking and tactics to best meet opportunities and needs with given customer.

Correct about KC. The higher ups do not realize the damage she is doing. We have known her too long and she is a self-absorbed evil person. Trust that many people have left because of her and the rest are afraid of her mouth cause she runs back and squeals. I doubt that anyone will stay working for her for long in any capacity.

vicious? yes. First, reading about this so called movement was something we all had a laugh about. He did not deserve that job and frankly is a bad salesperson anyway hardly working. We were happy that she left the field as she badmouthed everyone - peers, higher ups. In house she gossips just as much cause we hear it from her so-called 'friends' who fake it being friends with her.
