Rumors circulating on PRA being purchased in the next month - anyone hear anything about that?

makes sense. if PPD is for sale, why wouldn't mini-PPD (PRA) be for sale?

where is this $1B price tag though? understand 4x revs but peers have gone for much less. genstar paid too much to begin with.

Ha - nice! I've actually heard speculation it will be closer to 2-3 weeks. Time for Genstar to cash out - maybe they'll buy back into PRA again 2 years from now when they sh*t the bed again? Pretty good strategy by Genstar :D

With Carlyle now looking like they're buying PPD, I wonder if one of the PPD "losers" will buy PRA: Blackstone Group LP, KKR & Co. or Hellman & Friedman?
