With so many good instrument reps out of work. People are only hiring experienced reps.

Instrument reps have bases between 40k and 125k it just depends on the product.

Average commish is about the same , so $40K makes 80 at plan..$125 makes 250 at plan.

What is it that you want to know? It's molecular diagnostic and has a good product in p16. The Roche acquisition should be beneficial except to current management.
