If you ever get off your ass and sell some sprix just wait, you will start getting call backs from the docs about stocking issues, PAs, and price.

lets face it guys..... this product isnt all its hyped up to be. If it was Docs would be itching to write it and simply put, they are not. Its a job, see what happens but at the end of the day lets not kid ourselves and think we have a blockbuster drug here.

As one of my Docs said yesterday "There is no compelling reason for me to Rx Sprix given the available options already on the market".

I'm just collecting a paycheck and double dipping. Now, that's a great sales rep.

One look at the bonus checks ought to remove the rose colored glasses. But don't get caught in the weeds and stay out of the pity pool.

Ladies I heard a rumor today talking to another rep about why it is so hard to sell this stuff. It seems that the "don't call Home Office" has no marketing experience and no product launch experience. Has anyone heard this?

I think we need to cut the marketing department some love. They care and are trying to get you a great effort. It is not far from launch and they still have things planned. Sprix can be successful if we can pull together as a team and persevere through the ups and downs.
Its ok to vent on cafepharma, or wherever. But at the end of the day, with everyone working together, I think Sprix can be successful.

Where is the coverage and please lower the cost. Then we will move this product.

Coverage may help, but lowering the cost is self defeating. $150 is really not that expensive considering the hurdle rate needed to keep the doors open and the sales force employed. If anything, $200 and aggressive discounting for coverage would help. Think about it, from a patients perspective the co-pay is static regardless the cash price. As to cost, do the math. Look at your quota, consider the true cost of keeping you in the field and compare to what you think you have sold thus far. Not pretty is it?

#17 do you understand how a pharmacy benefit works. If they have straight copay's for brand your right the cost to patient will be the same. If a patient has co-insurance, which most do nowadays they will pay a % of the cost of the drug. More it costs more they pay. Need to do your homework

You are whining about copays while Rome burns.

It has been too quiet from corporate since day 1. No communication from the top down. Very frustrating. Feels like they could care less about the sales force. Pretty sad

Ditto. About the only communication received has been to not communicate with the home office.

This is pharma 101. No news is good news. Do less still receive the same paycheck and no bonus or raise--typical. Ms. C.E.O. here is a nice fat bonus for you--smooches.
No class at all!
