Another big pharm BI loses an over-time lawsuit by Federal Judge

Pfizer, Novartis, Schering, to name just a few. The reps are asking for fair pay on overtime worked in the past...and they are winning. Supreme Court, DOL, Federal Judges in many circuits, all un-biased juddges and juries, siding with the little guys (reps), not with the big machines!

This is fascinating to follow.

Ethical workers who do whats asked of them can only take abuse for so long. The thousands of bottom of the totem pole minions are striking back!
