Thats when they take the messy reps computers and clean them. They find all kinds of stuff on the keyboard like, Jelly, powder sugar, boogies, ear wax, and even some unmentionables. When they get them back, they are squeeky clean.

Seriously... For IT types it means cleaning up owner/rep files: emails, files you have downloaded, cookies and other browser related files, etc. Then run an app to verify your system has the current Windows XP (seriously?! XP? is it 1998??), MS Office, and specifically EMPOWER and other Sanofi apps, THEN defray the hard drive. And yes they will physically clean the PC. I have friends that seem to have to send their computer into HQ quarterly due to significant issues. Guessing after the next "optimization" they will distribute the best surviving PC's to reps and keep the rest for parts.
