I officially like to place TG, MR, SA, GH on a formasl PIP for the following,
1. poor sales results
2. demotivting the entire field and company
3. not working with people in the field
4. alienating customers and not even making an attempt to know them
5. turning a growing company into a survival company
6. incorporating pharma mentality into our company
7. hiring outside the company for people with no experience
8. decreasing the vsalue of the company and increasing expenses
9: not know what they are doing nd proving it everyday.
GM and GG should also be place on PIPs for permitting this and not admitting that they made a mistake - of course GG would never admit to that even if he was waterboarded

It has now been one month that you received this PIP and no improvement has been detected. It has gotton worse. You and your friends have not improved on any of the parameters that have been set. This goes the same for GM and GG.
In keeping with the PIP policy that you have established you all must go and go quickly.

Hey, it is getting close to your two month peiod on a PIP. Has anything improved? NO Have your boys improved? NO. Is teh field motivated? NO. Is anyone happy with your performance other than your boys? NO. It is getting close to the second month and in any normal company you would be gone by now. Geoff and Gary, wake up and do your job before we all fall further behind. Lets hire more Merck people, now that was a good move.

time to go - Tom GOga - and that your bouys with you. Geoff and Gary you both need to see what is happening. Sales flat, expenses up, motivation down, you are not that blind are you?
