If by XR, you mean X-Ray, then Siemens, Philips, Toshiba, Carestream, Cannon, and about 250
"mom and pop" companies are your competition.

Cut-throat and lowest price typically wins the deal unless it is bundled w/ high-end rad equipment and/or customer needs fluoro room.
