You can tell he is a piece of work the first time you meet him. He is another one of Heim's "golden" boys. His only claim to fame was Lillynet in the early days. Then they had to find a place to shove him as he is really nothing but white trash tryin' to be a white collar mgr.

You can spend 6 minutes with or listening to him and quickly determine how shallow he is. He is condescending because he does not know this stuff or how to lead us. MSC sucks and only gets worse each day under his reign. We are doomed and I now I am stuck. We are not respected at all by others in IT. And our leadership are rejects from other orgs. QSD is terriible, but we should work well with Q. Mark and Anita as a team...we will continue to decline.

He is definitely a troll. Whether it be the way he bull shits his way thru things, his deviate ways or his total lack of knowledge. However, his integrity is probably the worse. He has no issue taking credit for others work or shafting people to make it look like he was on top of things. The guy has made a career at having misfits around him that are too stupid to realize they will soon take blame for another of his hair-brained schemes. He now preaches to us in MSC about his knowledge of how to work with vendors but says nothing more than the obvious, tells us how smart (he thinks) he is and bad mouths vendors. His big thing now is telling those of us in his org how bad our vendors are and they are behind the times. Is it professional to bad mouth a vendor in public. He constantly is saying negative things about HP and now it has started with IBM. How do we get motivate or want to work with these vendors if they suck so bad? MSC sucks under his reign. If we are all smart we will be looking externally like I am and only working here to fill the gap between now and then. When will he be held accountable?

I agree, I don't think they are a troll, they are right. Have you seen how scientists modified the data to prove global warming? Looks like these Six Sigma idiots took the money and ran after offering bad data. Remember them and their work. Remember when you see Six Sigma on a resume, that you better check their record. Better yet, see if this person was a Six Sigma corporate thief, and blacklist them, even if it is not on the resume. I do not understand the total lack of common sense by people in business, no one that is an outside consultant gives a rat's pelt about your business, they want their money, that's all.

What's it matter? Of course he sucks- they all do. Any leader who still has a job is there because they happened to kiss the right ass at the right time- the whole org structure was formed from a 13-dice, political crapshoot.

Anyway, and I couldn't be more serious about this, at least there's some entertainment benefit in having Mark around- he's hot and he's funny as hell. It's not like people are buying in to what leadership says at this point anyway, but at least there's some entertainment in pretending to listen to him.
