That is so much BS!!!!!!!!! I IV'd a couple of yrs ago 10+yrs exp starting $$80k no getting around that figure.
It pretty much depends upon what part of the country you are in. West Coast and N.E. and Chicago area generally will get more. Then experience and proven results. If the DM really wants you and will press the RM you might get in the $100K range.

I live in not on a coast and was hired on with several years experience. I am no where near 90 base. Sounds like this is all over the map. It has me wondering. Hmmmm.
