    Why would someone at the level of these turds worry about a silly little website. It would appear they spend alot of valuable time trolling these boards like a little high school bitch. Lead the sales force you stupid sons of bitches.

    Worked with her in the past. Known for brown nosing leadership and delivering very little.

    How did you let her get this far at Sunovion? Was the talent pool that shallow?

    You don't have to interview for any positions here, just have to know someone in house. The last 5 positions filled in house were not even posted, or were posted after the individual was hired. Thats how we end up will idiots running this company into the ground. HR should be ashamed of themselves.

    They are not the only posts getting pulled. Whatever happened to the "I'm just sayin...." post. Talked about almost all the people of color disappearing from Sunovion, or being relegated to oblivion. Talked about how even the Jap PM said that blacks and hispanics are pulling the USA down. Not nearly as many people of color at meetings, certainly not as managers. MD, MJ, BF, DH all gone from management ranks now. Is there anyone of color in Boston other than MW and the janitorial staff?

    Not sure about all the initials, but if MD is Marlon Davis, he needed to find something else to do. Useless as a manager and former RD.

    The facts are:
    Our senior management under Mark I. is pure and simply put "yes people".
    Mark has one thing in mind, himself, he has zero leadership qualities and is abusing his power.
    Our corporate guidence from the top has been reactive vs proactive for years.
    Senior management Ted, Mark, etc...have zero vision for the future. They work in the "now"
    Summit team was sacrificed so that Mark can show Japan the Sunovion is in the black at the end of Japans fiscal year which isn"t until March-April. We are calendar they are different. He saved over $100,000,000 million by laying off the summit team. He has masterminded the undermining of the Latuda team and pushed RB off a cliff and under the bus and everything else for that matter. In fact, he may have blamed RB for the National economy issues....I digress. Now he can finally allow the Latuda team to successfully sell by setting realistic goals, invest in our neutered OCG team and actually allow the nature progression of a very good drug. He has Rick R. now to do his bidding they will put another Novartis buddy in the VP role and take credit for turning Latuda around.
    Mark has and is currently filling the upper management ranks with his old Novartis cronnies who will lock step with everything he says.
    No one is safe, the company values slogans, are just that slogans as we all just witnessed from the Summit slaughter a week before Christmas. I'm not saying that sometimes in business you have to make difficult decisons, but it was the way it was handled that made it smell.

    I agree. Management needs to read some of the abstracts on EDGE they make us read. I like the one about keeping employees happy and involved. Anyone around here feel like that lately?

    The Pinnacle team are the walking dead. Like the replicants in the movie Blade Runner, we have an expiration date. It is not 4 years, however, it is more like 11 months. What was done to the Summit team was an omen of things to come. Know why you are all being certified for role plays?

    If you think that having Latuda for bipolar in your bag is going to save you, think again. Those that are to be saved will be selling Latuda next month. The rest of us--well, think about it. We see some specialists, but basically we are primary care. How many GP's, FP's, or IM's treat bipolar? The may treat a little depression or anxiety and give out a little Lexapro or Pristiq, but Bipolar? They are almost always referred to a psych. This is just a false promise held out to you to keep you working hard selling Lunesta.

    Stedesa will never see the light of day in a profitability model. The dollar volume is not there as an add on when there are so many generic treatment options available. Eslicarbazepine is the active metabolite of oxcarbazepine. In other words, who is going to pay for Stedesa ($10 a pill in Europe) when Trileptal (generic) metabolizes into Stedesa. It is Albuterol and Xopenex all over again. Look what happened when the payment rate changed on it. There are 1.5 million epileptics in the US vs. 20 million asthma patients. Where is Stedesa going to fit in and add much revenue to the bottom line of Sunovion?

    There is no pipeline going to save us. DSP have said they are going to out license the bladder control drug, because it does not fit with the CNS/Rep lineup. The SEP molecule has been in phase one since 2008. It will be years before the other 2 molecules ever reach the market--long after the patents of Lunesta and Brovana are expired.

    Iwicki is incompetent in his current role. We careen from one crisis to another like a ship in a storm with no one at the wheel. He is insulating himself with sycophants from Novartis that will do his bidding. These people were chased out of Novartis because they almost ruined the company in the early 2000's. I know because I worked there then, and the culture there at that time was the same as here now.

    Get your plan B ready now. You will need it, if you are not affiliated with the Latuda brand.

    I don't know if I agree with everything, but I do wonder about the Latuda part. The rep in my geography has something like 68 targets, so they could easily expand their call panels to add Lunesta as a second line call. After today's Omnaris fiasco, and the loss of Omnaris Nasal Spray for a good part of the spring allergy season, what will the company do to make up for the lost revenue? I don't trust management to do the right thing by us anymore.

    You don't understand. It's worse than you think with Omnaris. All rights are being given back to the company that makes the drug as their sales force will sell it soon. Expect announcement soon.

    The above post sounds like sour grapes to me. Probably a former Summit rep. who just got laid off. I know it was terrible how the company treated your sales team, but please quit trolling this board and posting lies!
