As we all know, more than 90% of the sales force are very unhappy and want to get out of this toxic environment in addition to seek out better pay and normal benefits.

As we also know, there is a single poster on here that poses as his "wife" or is from the "west" or is from "NE" and calls other posters waitresses and states they can't sell.

All you have to do is look at the posts and there is always a common thread to them and they are coming from a single source. It could be that very arrogant rep or RSL, either way they are both liars and jerks.

The facts are simple. The company is not doing well and management is horrible. The lack of benefits at this level is unbelievable, such as a poor insurance plan, no car, horrible car allowance program, and no 401k match. For a whole year now, the bonuses have been close to nothing. This does not support a family and a primary care job pays better with better stability. This was supposed to be a 2 year gig making a lot of money. In reality, the drug will be sold and most will be let go. Approximately 6 months would Be the maximum for now and desperately seeking another drug is not going to help. What? Thats going to make things better? Then all the reps will be working double what they are already doing now! How will that be possible as no one has any work/life balance already?

Yes to above. And SB on that conference call was like fingernails to a chalkboard. Don't they realize how obvious they are into themselves? There is no caring here, just self-absorbed leaders where $$$$$ is their only goal and the individual is crap.

wait...you guys have no insurance benefits?????? Holy shit!! I have a few friends that went there and they recently complained about what was going on here, hence my reading the boards, but I never realized that they didn't offer insurance benes!
