Hey, so how many of you are as thrilled as i am about Q3 commissions and the "nothing is changing" promises??????????

Don't complain, at least we don't have to pay for our supplies..............................YET!!!! OOPS, now I just gave them anothr way to show us how much they appreciate our hard work.

The expense to the company of all the new hires is HUGE, they got to squeeze the budget somewhere, so looks like it will be coming out of our commissions! Dr. M won't lower his take home to show appreciation for our hard work!!!

I heard Dr M was going to buy smaller, cheaper car to save money.

I worked there and made commissions twice in a row then didnt make it two time times in a row. I fiqured out the crazy quota and fiqured they owed me money for the 3rd quarter brought it to the national sales manager and he said well if we change that for you we have to change it for everyone else. never got the money never got anything other then a neck and back ache from that hot wheel of a car.

Common I worked there in the Northwest the people where good and my manager rocked! Its fair yet I do agree with low pay and small car granted Im tall but at least its a job!!! If you dont like it leave good luck in finding a job,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
