the truth is it can be incredibly good or nothing at all. I would negotiate a fat base if you can (this company has cash). Some quarters will be great and some will be nil.

Target is $44k but average is about half that. Like I said, best to negotiate a big base.

No problem. This is a unique pharma job in that you don't get a lot of patients and you have to stay motivated to get out after them and find them. But if you do, it can be a lucrative gig.
