    If you really want to educate yourself on the process of how generic companies challenge patents, and the validity of patents, you need to read this. It should be required reading for all pharmaceutical reps. It is from the Columbia Law Review.

    Even if you don't give a rat's ass about educating yourselves about generic entry into the marketplace but you are curious about the Brovana patent, then open this up and scroll to page 1812. It specifically mentions the Sepracor-Teva Lawsuit, and the approximate date of the court case which will determine Teva's patent challenge (Dey's is not specifically mentioned).

    Teva is old news, it would be a lot smarter if it talked about the current mylan case, not good, but just like Xop- Bro will be here forever- LOL~!
