Do our leaders in Marlborough even care as to the levels of stress & anxiety that they are putting on field sales? I know that they did not create the problem with Nycomed, but they LIED to us about a shortage of Omnaris due to a "manufacturing" problem. Then, they call a last minute conf. call to dump the news on us this morning. Not to mention, that they allowed training & development to put us through sheer hell with all of the modules/assessments that we had to take & pass within an incredibly short amount of time. My point of the above is that our "leaders" should show empathy and be mindful that there is just so much a person can take! AND if you even respond with "Summit or Takeda" wouldn't mind, then my worst fears are realized - what leaders in Marlborough?
