Stop complaining and brush up your resume! it is obvious that this company is a complete NIGHTMARE....so what are you gonna do about it? Complain about it until they lay you off and give you a package that wont carry you over until you find the next gig? Keep working knowing that they can/will put you on a PIP and possibly fire you unless some miracle happens!!! Come on, we are adults. Working here is a choice. Dont believe the hype, there are jobs out there. By the time you apply, interview and get an offer, you will be gettiing laid off by sunny sun, fired, getting a package or have decided that you are tired of working for this pathetic company and just leave them high and dry with tons of scheduled programs and no one to cover them!!! This is BY FAR The WORST pharma co I have ever worked for!!!
Look at those poor reps that got the axe a few days before Christmas! They were victims. No all of us left at this dump know how the company rolls, Only a fool, or someone who works for fun and their family does not really need their income, would not brush up their resume! glad I am not a Latuda rep.... doesnt look good for them at all!!! can you say pips ahoy!!
