So I heard that many top performing Sancuso consultants were put on PIPs last week when they did not perform with Abstral?

Also, are Sancuso bonus' going to be tied to Abstral for 2012?

If that's the case, then you're all goners. Abstral is a garbage product in a dead market.

This is by far the worst run pharma company ever. John Higgins does not have a clue. His micromanagement style is driving everyone away. Doesn't management see it on conference calls? No one is talking. The new bonus plan is a joke. Has anyone ever known the performance of one product being tied to another? MSLs? That ship already sunk. Your main issue is samples and paying bonus out. Also who would change the sample policy after the samples were already distributed? I hope the Japanese realize that it is time for our 4th manager.

So it was great to see Jeff slam Paul at the last sales meeting. So the way I se it he has done nothing for us????? Time for him to go also.

Wow a nightmare at ProStrakan. Wasn't there some dude named Chris Wamsy who told me he was the West Coast Mgr.? He dressed in jeans and scruufy shirts, very arrogant, and needed a shave big time when I came upon his acquaintance in Beverly Hills. Is he still with your company? If he is, I can see why the company is WEAK and floundering!!!
