Riddle me this:
Why do reps who finish near the top year over year leave this company?
Why did this company promote from outside when it has previous managers as reps?
How did KM distribute a "home-made" detail piece that got JE under "investigation"?
What is the true story behind KY's departure?
What is the REAL story with RS's unexpected notice (like AK's, MD's, and RT's earlier) - damn that guy was HILARIOUS!!!!!!!

RS was the most intelligent rep out of the sales force. AND yes... one of the funniest to say the least! He will provide any company with a solid back ground of sales and huge growth in no time! Good luck buddy!

I like this thread. It tells the truth and nothing but the truth. This company is a shit hole. Get it, shit hole. Damn I'm funny. What about the Presidents club winners who quit right after going to Hawaii, now thats funny.

ok MQ, we know your knees are bruised and sore, TY has more stamina than KM relax. a FACT you cannot dispute is that an absolute ton of good people have left for the wrong reasons, reasons that KM and SM have in their control...or had.

Whats the real future of Sucampo ?
Resculla ?
Amitiza ?
Face it, these drugs suck to sell.
The reps that left on their own basically left for better opportunities,
better base pay, better bonus opportuity, company cars, and
better chance for advancement, and better drugs to sell.
And the 3 out of 4 president club winners who left,
were able to show their awards, top rankings ect.
They left at the top of there game, probably helped them land
better gigs. How do you impress in a interview if your ranked
number 25 out of 35 ?
Answer , you cant.
Best to leave at the top of your game.

KM e mailed out that detail piece that got JE in trouble an no one says anything to him ?
Whats the deal with that ?
As for as 3 of the Presidents club winners from last year leaving its my understanding
they all left on there own for better opportunities. 100% their own choice,
they had no pressure from Sucampo to leave.
