My manager is so caught up on being "laser focused" and "top shelf" that he is not leading but instead commiserating on the "drop in the bucket sales we have" and the "pushing the needle" script we need to "drive home" for the "big w".

quit complaining about your manager. It's not the reps...its not the managers. Its everyone higher than that that is the problem. The reps and managers are just chess pieces being manipulated by "dumb and dumber"...they don't care about us or our morale. Just look at what we had to do at the national meeting, that's how much they think of us and JJ left for a better offer and more money. Greed and power is what is motivating our top people. They will promote each other and pat each other on the back and give each other raises and more stock. Wake up.

You are correct with the incest and back patting that goes on here, but rewarding each other with wrap arounds and stock grants is fruitless. It aint worth a shit and now the ringleader of all bullshit and hand shaking is out, the rats he brought in will scram back into the holes they crawled out of before this disaster at Savient.

who said anything about internal promotions?? are you fucking crazy? this flop does not promote... a promotion to what is the better fictional question. a company that is lightyears away from being medically relevant, turns no profit, has one of the worst known leadership teams in modern pharma and has no future or pipeline and you make a remark about internal promotions? wake the fuck up nutzo. this supposed salesforce has nearly turned over at 50%, the only movement happening here is panic and reps running for the hills. shit there have been reps who have flat out quit this shit position and bag of lies without even having another job lined up. how fucking bad is it, that answers your question.
