They like to complain a lot. very political. their employees would complain to the managers. the managers would take the complain and pissed at your manager who then comes to talk to you and got angry at you.
WTF? if they are not happy about you, whey can't they just tell you directly? Everything is taking very personal there.
Baxter is a terrible place to work for in my opinion. you are over-worked, your mangers don't give shit about you. the culture is so difficult to fit in. you either make it or break it. For those who fit in, they stay a long time. For those who don't, they are either laid off or have to find another job.
