geographic of course... but I've heard 110-120. decent benefits. Culture will be cool for first year and half...we've all seen the drill. Biggest problem will be having to partner with Astellas - They have just become the bane of sales. PC Reps with Specialty Business Cards...Old cast-off Abbott Mgmnt and Trying to be all that is wrong with Big Pharma. Real pukey choice!
