Seems like key staff are starting to leave. What is going on?? Why the attrition of talent?

1) they made a crap load on their options and retention bonuses and the year is up..take the money and run!!

2) Big Ego's are now not standing out in the crowd..GE is VERY BIG, with a lot of talent..

3) Do not like working for a big Company

4) The TC/PC Market is changing ....the days of the 400k Lab Rep are gone

5) Who knows and who cares...:)

Who left, were the deadwood that needed to go or any good. Has the attrition hit the lab directors or MDs yet?

Hope Clarient is open to rehiring management that left, and lasted 5 months - That was quick even for him.

People are leaving for various reasons. Easier money elsewhere with bigger incentives. I heard from a rep the new company car- Fusion will go 150 miles on one charge. That limits one's selling area. Jump to another division guys within GE. Or go green in a Fusion!

There is no easier money anywhere in this god-forsaken industry!
Where will you go? Neo is going to go broke without a buyer and foundation is unproven and a farce.
