Well I can tell you from experience, he's like those artificial sweeteners were so fond of. They seem to taste like sugar but there's an aftertaste that we ignore in the beginning because we think it's good for us. Next were addicted to the stuff and can't get enough. Pretty soon you realize it's not as good as you thought is was and eventually you find out that you have cancer from consuming so much of it. You're lucky to have him gone early rather than let him drag people and the company down which is his specialty. He tells a great story and has funny jokes. Beyond that there's just no value.
