Mass layoffs in 2011 or as it was reported "cost restructuring" 2. 2012 Sales Force restructuring taking FTA direct...hmmm didn't that just erase any cost restructuring from 2011? 3. 2012 Elite FTA reps, "who wants to be a manager"? 4. 2012, $1M FTA reps leaving the company (hey Ms. Walker, don't think this is the last Elite FTA rep from your region who is looking to leave) 5. 2012 Foundry shut down (i.e. more layoffs) 6. 2012 Another reorganization taking place with T. Davis moving onto ORU as Seger's boss and Stookie and JT overseeing FTA Guess this makes it official that WMT is truly a 2 division organization now... How long before this ship explodes? No Leadership, No Communication, Just shareholder value until they sell us (oh yeah guess that means our executive leaders will get paid considering the stock options they have)
