Heard a rep got fired for falsifying his calls... because he got a receptionist pregnant and reported calls to that office when he was avoiding the office like the plague. True or false?

Yup, this happened. His name was Ron and he reported to Tita Forrest in Northern California. He was a Gamma rep. Goodlooking guy but dumb as a post. Canned is but about 8 months ago.

Is this why Tita is no longer with Lilly? Makes you wonder doesn't it? Does anyone know what company she works for now? My guess that she was probably asked to leave if it is true that this guy worked for her in n. Cal. Too bad they didn't ask her worthless husband Brett Forrest to leave also. Run Forrest Run!!!!!

She canned his butt. Thank god she took care of the trash before she left and didn' leave it for the new manager coming in her place. Her leaving had nothing to do with the sorry son. She had tremendous opportunities. Her old SF team loves her!!! She is the best manager they ever had. Ask anyone around there. She is the standard by which all DM's at Lilly should be!!!

Yup, the reps. name was Ron Hanes. He was clueless. Tita was and still is one of the smartest most ambitous managers I have ever met. She was on top of her game before peoople even laced their shoes up to play. If any of her reps. read this think about why she left and you will do the same. She knows the ship is going down that is why she is outta here. As far as Brett her husband clueless as well and his days are numbers. Many of his reps. already went to HR, he is being watched and when the times comes oh lets say around 10/1.04 he will be shown the door.
