So many good reps have left Michigan! I'm guessing it's management? Micro-managers?? I knew several reps with 8+ years of experiences who all left. So of which we heard were forced out... can you say discrimination? Or they end up hiring a recent grad and paying them half the base salary!

within the last 4 years so many great reps have left in Michigan. Most of them were older reps- targeted by management. I'm sure there was a directive to weed out and hire young blood who is willing to go in and deliver a message like a robot. Plus.. they can pay them half of the base salary. I don't know when Michigan managers will realize that older reps are not lazy.. we just know how to work smart... plus- we've spent years developing relationships with key customers.
