No good, all bad. Trust me on this one! Only reps they have were desperate and thought they could never get another job or were afraid to try. Only good thing is you don't have to work, b/c your products will still have no marketshare even if you do. If thats what you are looking for then I guess it is good, but that makes for a pretty boring life after a few months of no work.

Good management that is her to make you money. Products are a sales mans drug if you get a good manager it is fun. Better than what it was. A lot of people dog it b/c they were rejected. Most companies in this industry are the same look to find a position with good benes and a good manager

Above post is off alot. People only came here from the rollover from Odyssey just to keep a paycheck coming in unitil they found other employment including the managers. Just read the old post on the Odyssey board around June-July when it happened. Managers are not that good especially in the Mid Atlantic area. Products suck and the company is set up for sale in the near future. People in my district have there resume out and are looking. Do not come here at Espirit, no future here just people and DM's looking to jump ship.

Frank Salley just looks out for black people, so if you interview with him and you are black you got the job. He is the Maryland DM. But he still may be hard on you!

Onlu come here if you are a newbie. 45 - 50k base bonus is actually about 7k a year on average. Crappy products.

It is Esprit. Friend of mine is with them. Very high base. Chose them over a Bigger Company based on management, training, and specialty. Also if you have any children you are only away a week. My training was three and that stinks with a family.

But we have Steve F and he's great. The Spitznagels are wonderful people as well. JT did a terrific job while at big pharma, associate I think. Senior is a very warm person and a salesmans owner.I love it here.

"Specialty" - yeah right. The mainly call on FPs/IMs and a few OBGYNS and UROS.
That is not real specialty.

Base may be higher than average for entry level reps but not for experinced reps. Also the managers told us $20-25 bonus only the top reps will be making over $8,000 and everyone else will be making nothing

I am an experienced rep and talking with Espirt. The reason I am interested(please correct or give your opinion) manager seems real world. Also they are matching my big pharma salary. I am coming from a company where I am top in area, making great money. Co. dogs everyone. Co. is never happy. Have to do tutorials (4 + hrs ) on a Sunday afternoon. Really, the company is not so bad, it is the area director who is a nightmare. I want to leave this company but I don't want to cut off my nose to spite my face.

Look beyond management because it the products can't be sold then that is going to be worse than having to do extra work on Saturdays. A lot of the Esprit reps are depressed and unmotivated because the lack of bonus and respect they are getting the field. The products we have are not just hard to sell they have not clear advantage over any of the other products in their class. This company does have a lot of good managers but think about the entire package before jumping.
