Everything has changed in the last six months. Are all the regions demanding 10.5 calls per day, hourly itenerarys, weekly activity reports?

What region and what side (SKB or GW)? The SKB side always has micromanaged and tried to put numbers to everything. I would guess your RVP is having their ba**s squeezed from up above. S**t rolls downhill.

Yes, I have a looney DSM and I think the RVP is just as crazy. Hell, why don't we just shoot that goal to 15 a day. 75 calls a week is doable!! I'll make Diamond for sure!! What a joke!

Yes, and there is an email with "what is a sales call". It goes like this:

-In a clinic and see a physician, but don't talk to them. A call.
-Drive by a clinic, but don't stop in. A call.
-Stop in and get a signature but don't see them sign. A call.
-Office calls on phone mail for samples. A call.
-See a physician's name on your computer. A call.
-Partner makes a call on a physician. A call.
-In the general area of a physician's office. A call.
-See someone who vaguely resembles a physician in your territory. A call.


Only way I can make 10.5 calls a day.

Very simple. A call is the regurgitation of a verbal cert. That is why you are made to memorize them.

Once and for all, get all those antiquated ideas about "relationships" and "rapport" out of your heads, reps. Those things don't matter now.

Studies have shown that the reps who can regurgitate the most verbal certs to the most physicians in a year will be the ones that go to winners circle.

It's so simple, don't you see?
